The DUERO roller shutter revolutionizes the role of protection systems in building-related energy-saving policies.
\nIts main feature is to reduce the waste of economic and energy resources.
The difference between DUERO and a traditional aluminum or steel roller shutter lies in the profile structure.
DUERO is a slat for roller shutters consisting of the ‘coupling of two profiles of different materials of which one profile is made of PVC and one of aluminum filled with insulating foam.
\nThe special coupling system between the two sides of the slat interrupts the thermal conductivity of the metal.
\nThus, with the aluminum placed on the ‘outside and the PVC placed on the inside, an interruption of thermal transmittance between the external and internal environment is accomplished.
In particular, during the winter seasons, it ensures less heat loss, since a break in heat continuity occurs between the PVC and aluminum profiles, thus allowing considerable energy savings.
If in winter, therefore, DUERO ensures less heat loss, in summer the roller shutter thanks to the interruption of the conductivity of the metal of the external part that is strongly heated because it is exposed to the sun, the PVC profile manages to maintain lower temperatures, not transmitting the heat inside the house.<\/p>\n
